Rental Conditions

• Rental fee is paid in advance. ( %50 )

• The rental period is at least 4 days in the winter and at least 7 days in the summer season. .
   

​   Rates are valid till 31 March 2024

      Between 1 April to 31 May 2024 daily rates Plus 90 € / Deluxe 110 € (min 4days)

      Between 1 June to 31 September 2024 daily rates Plus 120 € / Deluxe 140 € (min 7days)

• Equipment in the motorhome, (250 EURO) from the tenant for traffic fines and toll highway-bridge fees  deposit by credit card or cash. The security deposit is returned within 15 days if the vehicle is returned complete and undamaged at the end of the rental.

• In order to rent our motorhome, a B type driver's license of at least 5 years is required.

• Renter must be at least 25 years old.

• Half of the total rental price is charged for the reservation.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

• Pets are not accepted.

delivery

• Vehicle delivery is made between 09:00 – 18:00.

• Vehicle deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

• Our vehicle is picked up and delivered from Izmir. Intercity deliveries are not available.

• There is an HGS device in our vehicle, and the usage costs are covered by the customer upon return of the rental.

• The expenses that may arise in relation to the kitchen tube used in our vehicle (in case of running out of the tube) are covered by us.

• Our vehicle is delivered clean inside and out. The vehicle is received in the same way as cleaned. In case the uncleaned vehicle is delivered, the cleaning fee of 300 TL will be paid by the tenant.

• There is a 250 km road limit per day in the rental. Calculation is made from 5 TL per km in excess of km.

Technical Education

• While delivering our caravans, we provide you with special training and ensure that you have full control of all the details.

Even if you have never driven a caravan before, we provide you with the information that you can spend your holiday in the most enjoyable way. We kindly ask you to spare 40-50 minutes for this training.

• 24 hours a day during the trip​ You can call and get information about everything that forces you. If necessary, we can support you with video chat.

• Our vehicle is insured for damages over 5000 TL. Lessor is responsible for damages under 5000 TL.

• If you contact us in any emergency, we can manage the whole process for you.
