1. How much is the daily rental?

Our caravan rental prices vary according to the seasons. You can get information by clicking the link for current prices and campaigns.

2. How many days can we rent?

It is possible to rent a minimum of 7 days in the summer season, and a minimum of 4 days between September 15 and March 15. You can call us for long rentals.

 

3. How many people can travel with your vehicle?

The licenses of our caravans are 2+1 and 3+1. 2 adults in the front and 1-2 children in the rear can travel safely with seat belts. If you wish, a booster seat is also provided for children in the 3-6 age group.

As safety is at the forefront for us, we especially care about traveling with seat belts in our vehicle.

 

4. â€‹ Which class license is required to drive the vehicle ?

In order to rent our motorhomes, a B type driver's license of at least 5 years is required.

 

5.  Is there air conditioning in the vehicle?

Vehicle air conditioning is available. At the same time, there is a cold glove box connected to the vehicle air conditioner.

One of our vehicles has 8000 BTU air conditioning for use during your stay. It works with 220V electricity only in camping areas.

Information about the operation of the air conditioners is stated in the user manual that we will give you during the rental.

 

6. What are the equipment in the vehicle?

Our caravans have the necessary equipment for your travel and accommodation.

It is sufficient to take your personal belongings with you. Due to the pandemic, pillow sheets and blankets are not provided. If you have a special request, please specify in advance.

Apart from this, there are toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, vacuum cleaner, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid and liquid soap as cleaning tools. We recommend you to buy shampoo, hand towel, disinfectant and wet wipes for your personal needs.

7. What do we need to take with us for cooking?

Pots, pans, teapots, coffee pots, tongs, trivets, cutting boards etc. in our caravans. There are kitchen utensils. In addition, unbreakable plates, glasses, bowls and cutlery are available.

Food, coffee, tea, olive oil etc. with you. Do not forget to take your needs such as.

If you wish, a checklist of what you need to take with you is also sent to you. Everyone's taste and food taste is different, but we can send you a small list of practical dishes if you want.

8. How is the electricity and water usage?

For electricity use, we have 2 165W solar panels and 200 amp gel batteries. When you stay out of the camping area, you can stay in a caravan without any problems with the economical use of electricity. If you are going to stay at the campsite, you can get 220V electricity from the campsites with the electrical connection in the trunk.

Likewise, we have 190 liters of clean water and 80 liters of waste water storage for water.

​

If you are going to stay outside the camping area, you can fill your tank with water at a gas station on the road. It is possible to empty your waste water with a single button when your tank is full, but you must approach a manhole for this. Please do not leave your waste water to nature.

9. Do you have a shower and toilet in your vehicle?

There is a cassette system toilet in our caravans. The capacity of the cassette (storage) is 20 lt.

For cassette toilet use, tablets or concentrated chemicals are given to you to put in the toilet bowl during rental. It helps to break down solid stools as well as preventing chemical bad odor.

You can flush the cassette toilet at chemical dump stations at campgrounds, toilets at gas stations, or convenient public toilets.  

 

There is an outside shower in the caravan that you can use inside as well as outside. 

​ There is the possibility of using hot water for the shower inside.

The Truma kettle heats the water quickly within 15 minutes with the energy it receives from the LPG tube in the trunk.

10. Is there a heater for use in autumn and winter ?

Yes, we have a space heater. It works with diesel fuel. It draws fuel from the vehicle's own fuel tank.

About reservation

​

1. How can I make a reservation?

You can call our contact numbers, learn about the availability and make a reservation.

Half of the total rental price is charged for the reservation.

​

2. Weekend only  can we rent

As of September 15, it is possible to rent for 4 days, including the weekend.

We would like you to spend at least 3-4 days with a caravan for at least 3-4 days to enjoy the camping life, considering the time you will spend with getting used to the vehicle and settling in for 1 day.

​

3. Where and how can I pick up the vehicle?

Our vehicles are taken from Izmir and delivered to the place where they were taken. Intercity deliveries are not available. Vehicle delivery is made between 09:00 – 18:00. Vehicle deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Our vehicles are delivered with clean inside and outside. The vehicle is received in the same way as cleaned.

 

4. Is there a lease agreement? What is required for the contract?

Your driver's license, credit card in your name, address and telephone information are recorded in our contract. Be sure to ask for a copy of your signed rental agreement showing the rent you paid and the deposit.

5. Is there a mileage limit?

There is a 400 km road limit per day in the rental. Calculation is made from 0.90 krÅŸ per km in excess of km.

6. How much is the deposit and when is it refunded?

Equipment in the motorhome,  4.000 TL bond deposit is taken from the tenant for traffic fines and toll highway-bridge fees. The security deposit is returned within 10 days if the vehicle is returned complete and undamaged at the end of the rental.

1. How to pay the penalty amount in case of traffic ticket?

If the traffic fine is written on your TC number, the user of the vehicle must make the payment. In traffic fines written on the plate, the traffic fine is paid at a discount when notified to us and is collected from the deposit of our customers. Simultaneously, the service fee for the traffic ticket is also collected.

2. In the event of an accident, do you get paid for the days the vehicle spends in repair?

No, we don't. But the vehicle; It should not be used under the influence of alcohol, drugs or outside the legal speed limits. Otherwise; The user of the vehicle is held responsible for all damage. In case of any accident, accident, theft and alcohol detection reports should be obtained by applying to the nearest police or gendarmerie station without changing the location of the vehicle. Otherwise, all the guarantees purchased will be deemed invalid and the tenant pays for any damage, including the material and moral losses given to third parties.

3. What should I do in case of an accident?

4. What should I do in case of vehicle breakdown?
