Bozcaada Castle

Bozcaada Castle is one of the first structures that catch your attention as you approach Bozcaada by ferry. 

Castle used by Phoenicians, Genoese and Venetians  It gained its present appearance by being rebuilt on the ruins that existed during the reign of Mehmet the Conqueror.

Bozcaada Greek  neighborhood

Bozcaada center is divided into two as Turkish quarter and Greek quarter. We recommend you to walk around the beautiful streets of the Greek quarter colored with bougainvillea. You will find yourself in a painting with its cobblestones and fragrant flowers. You can also eat fresh seafood in cute little restaurants and experience that the night is colorful in every sense. 

If you want to walk around the beautiful streets of Bozcaada, the Greek Quarter will be the right choice.

 

Bozcaada Museum

Bozcaada Museum allows you to get to know Bozcaada closely. If your goal is not only to camp but also if you are interested in the cultural side, you should definitely stop by. Bozcaada museum, which is not very similar to other museums, was established with individual efforts.

 

Bozcaada Wineries

Bozcaada has been known for years with its winemaking. If you have a passion for winemaking, you should definitely visit at least one of the 3 old wineries in the center and visit their factories.

Bozcaada Polente Lighthouse and Wind Roses

You should not return to Bozcaada without watching the sunset. Considering that it is generally crowded, we recommend that you set your day plan to watch the sunset at the Polente lighthouse earlier. If you go by caravan, don't forget to take a photo and send it to us, will you?

Bozcaada Ayazma Monastery

The holy spring, meaning holy water, is located in the southern part of Bozcaada. There is a fountain, old plane trees and a small monastery in Bozcaada Ayazma Monastery, which belongs to the Greek Orthodox community.  At the bottom of this monastery, built in the name of the Greek saint Aya Paraskevi, is a cave where visitors light candles and make wishes.  exists. Church of Virgin Mary in Bozcaada

It is located in the middle of the Greek quarter in Bozcaada,  It is the only church open on the island as a Greek Orthodox church.  Kimisis is Teodoku.  The 4-storey bell and clock tower in its courtyard has been eroded by time.  It was dismantled in the 1980s and enclosed in an iron cage.  If you've ever wondered about the church  market  You have to choose the day it is open to visit only that day.
